Information to locate your car service at Denver International Airport DIA from MHD LIMO- car service:
When you arrive at DIA, the driver will contact you after landing with pickup information. First pick up your luggage, contact the driver and let him know that you got your entire luggage and then proceed to pick up location.
The driver will leave the parking lot to pick you up in a few minutes. If you traveling with carryon only, to save time, contact the driver when you out of the train and then the driver will drive to get you.

Airport arrivals have approximately about 40-50 minutes to pick up luggage and meet the driver. if luggage has been lost, please call the driver immediately. If any passenger needs more than 50 minutes to pick up luggage,
please account for that at the time of booking your reservation to avoid any additional charges. MHD LIMO car service is not responsible for delays resulting in a no show. After 50 minutes wait time, if contact has not been made,
reservation will be considered a no show.
For missed flights or delays, please call 303-564-9894 immediately to reschedule. Should a delay occur in-flight or after take-off, we do check the arrival times accordingly to the best of our ability.
Should we be notified in an unreasonable amount of time prior to the reservation (such as the time of scheduled pick-up), it will be considered a no show and the full amount will be charged.
Please be certain all flight, contact, and reservation information provided to us is accurate; we are not responsible if the arrival information provided to us is incorrect.
All stops must be pre-arranged through MHD car service and will incur additional fees. Last minute stops are still required to be arranged through MHD car service. Charges for stops vary depending on the length and location of the stop.
Please speak to a representative to pre-arrange any stops you may be aware of prior to pick up.
Toll Roads/express lanes – Pre scheduled Toll Road & express lanes charge will be added if needed.
Credit Card Fee – Additional 5% (domestic) or 6% (international) credit card processing Fee.
Early/Late pickup- Additional charge will be added if pickup will be before 5:00am or after 10:00pm.
Mountains: before 8am or after 8pm. Pricing may be affected due to weather and roads condition during winter.
